The 3CX6000A7/ YU-148 is a air cooled, ceramic-metal high amplification factor power triode containing a thoriated tungsten cathode which is designed for mainly used as an oscillator in industrial heating machines. It is also used as an amplifier or modulator in radio equipments. The working frequency is max.  108 MHz. Anode dissipation power is max. 6kW and grid dissipation power is max. 225W.
