Product Description

The RS3005CL is air cooled, ceramic/metal power triode with Thorium tungsten carbide cathode and coaxial lead-out structure. It is specifically designed for industrial HF heating application. The max anode dissipation is 2.5kW. The output power is max. 6kW and grid dissipation power is max. 150W. The max. working frequency is 160MHz.
