The CTK25-4 is a water cooled, ceramic-metal structure triode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode.  The max. working frequency is 120MHz. The anode dissipation power is max. 40kW and the max. output power is 90kW. The tube is used as RF amplifier and oscillator in industrial field.
