The 3CX20000A7 electron tube is a Forced Air cooled, ceramic-metal, coaxial structured power triode containing a carbonization thoriated tungsten cathode. The grid dissipation power is 500Wmax., the working frequency is 110MHz max.. It is mainly used as a Class B RF amplifier or Class C power amplifier and oscillator. In addition, grounded grid operation is attractive since a power gain as high as 20db can be obtained.
