T he CTK12-3 is a water cooled, ceramic-metal coaxial structure, hign-mu amplifier factor triode containing a meshy thoriated tungsten cathode. The max. working frequency is 120MHz. The anode dissipation power is max. 15kW and the max. output power is 30kW at CW condition. This type of tube is primarily used in industrial high-frequency heating and pulse oscillators.
